Role:
• Work alongside the company revenue team and report to VP
• Prospect and develop high-value relationships with new customers across market verticals
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets
• Engage at high frequency and bandwidth with clients via phone, email, and presentations, both remotely and in-person
• Develop deep understanding of Rapleaf services capability to effectively sell current and future products, and feed back key information to Rapleaf product team
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain great relationships
• Change the world
Qualifications:
• 2-6 years experience in sales in the tech industry, information/data experience preferred
• Incredibly smart and very entrepreneurial
• You see a revenue target and instantly start thinking how to go above it.
• Constantly thinking of creative ways to network or build contacts list
• Learn new things extremely fast
• Intensely driven and proactive person
• Extremely hard working. This is a start-up - team members work long hours
• A real doer. Errs on execution over strategy
• Thrive on working with A-players. Too good to spend long hours with B-players
• Likeable person who garners respect on and off the job
• Thrive on chaos, risk, and uncertainty
• Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, smart, ethical, and low-maintenance
