Role:
• Work alongside the company revenue team and report to VP
• Take a machine-like approach to prospecting and developing relationships with new customers across several verticals
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets, and report metrics daily
• Engage with clients at high frequency (6-8 hours/day) via phone, email, and web presentations on a regular basis
• Develop deep understanding of Rapleaf services capability to effectively sell current products
• Follow up on fulfilling product and service orders and provide excellent customer service
• Change the world
Qualifications:
• 1-4 years experience in inside sales in the tech industry
• Incredibly smart and very entrepreneurial
• You see a revenue target and instantly start thinking how to go above it.
• Is constantly thinking of creative ways to network or build contacts list
• Learn new things extremely fast...We wear many hats - so will you
• Intensely driven and proactive person
• Extremely hard working. This is a start-up - team members work long hours
• A real doer. Errs on execution over strategy
• Thrive on working with A-players. Too good to spend long hours with B-players
• Likeable person who garners respect on and off the job
